I work everyday alongside creators, inventors, authors, artists, entrepreneurs and companies to protect their inventions, brands, products, artworks, and to help these people to be able to safely disclose and promote them, ensuring fair remuneration for their ingenuity.
I do this together with my valuable team at Turini Group, made up by two entities: Studio Legale Turini e Studio Brevetti Turini s.r.l.
I founded Studio Legale Turini in 1993 and it is composed by attorneys at law with specific skills in IP & IT. In 2007, together with Eng. Mario Emmi, I founded Studio Brevetti Turini s.r.l. with the aim to strengthen and increase the services offered.
It includes expert patent and trademark attorneys dealing mainly with filings of trademarks, patents, designs and copyright all over the world.
Our experience, expertise and precision enable Studio Brevetti Turini s.r.l. to obtain the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, guaranteeing strict organizational and qualitative standards to ensure high level services.
The collaboration of these two entities makes possible the combination of technical and juridic knowledge and to offer the client a complete assistance in all the fields of the intellectual and industrial property from the application to the defense in court.
This passion for technology brought me to transfer very soon my activities on the internet. Ufficiobrevetti.it – online from 2000 – and then Brevettinews.it are the two channels designed to bring everyone closer to the world of intellectual property easily.
OTHER PROJECTS
Ufficiobrevetti.it is another creation of mine, a project born with the goal of making the protection of intellectual and industrial property accessible to everyone.
Designed for individuals and small or medium enterprises, it is a useful tool especially for the new generation of entrepreneurs who prefers simplicity and speed when contacting an expert.
Born as a pure informative website, and still maintaining its function to offer, freely, updated and detailed information on how to register trademarks, patents and copyright, in 2023 it has become a platform which allows to purchase online services quickly and safely, register a trademark or a design online, file an unpublish work, patent a software and get a first consultation from qualified professionals of Studio Brevetti Turini s.r.l.
Since 2012, I have been Editor-in-Chief of the online intellectual property magazine Brevettinews, which I founded. The magazine is registered at Tribunale di Firenze and reports news, case studies and updates on
