lauraturini.it is the personal website of Ms. Laura Turini where information on her activities and articles, podcasts, references to projects or programs managed or created by her can be found.
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU regulation 2016/679, we inform you as follows.

The website does not compulsorily request personal data.
However, if you decide to visit the website, information services and software processes appointed to its operation acquire, during their regular functioning, some personal data whose transmission is implicit while using Internet communication protocols. IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL notation addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the required resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server and other parameters relative to the operative service and to the IT environment of the user are part of this category of data. Contact data
If you contact us by email, form, telephone numbers, your data, including your name, your email and the IP address will be processed for the following purposes:
a) If you sign up for the LISP newsletter, please read the Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Substack which manages it: as far as we are concerned, we will store the email address that you will insert in Substack to send you any informative newsletter to your email address without a periodicity;
b) If you contact us: to reply to your request.
The data requested to you for the indicated purposes are necessary to offer you the requested service. The legal basis of their processing lies in the provision of the requested service itself – and therefore in the contract and as regards letter a) also the legitimate interest.
For the purposes of letter a), data will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, and you can proceed at any time through Substack platform. For the purposes of letter b, data will be processed for a period of 6 months from receipt of the request, the necessary time to handle your request satisfactorily.
Your data will only be processed by the controller, by the expressly authorized processors and can only be communicated to the company which manages the website and/or to the supplier selected to forward and manage the newsletter and to the manager of email and to the privacy management system (Iubenda) which operate in their capacity of data processor. You can ask the data controller for a detailed list of Data Processors at any time.
NOTICE ON YOUR RIGHTS (RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT)
Regarding the data that are provided, the data subject can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Ask the controller for confirmation of the presence of data processing and access to them (right to access). In that case, you can request information or obtain a copy of data treated by us concerning you.
- Ask for rectification of incorrect personal data concerning you without unjustified delay (right to rectification). In that case, you can ask for your data to be updated or corrected.
- Ask for cancellation of your personal data if one of the reasons pursuant to art. 17, Reg. 2016/679 (right to be forgotten) exists. In that case, data will be definitely cancelled.
- Ask for limitation of your data processing if one of the reasons pursuant to art. 18, Reg. 2016/679 (right to limitation) exists. In that case, data will only be stored but they will not be processed with other purposes.
- Withdraw the granted consent at any time. In that case, data processing will cease for all processing subject to withdrawal of your consent.
- Receive personal data concerning you in an interoperable format and transmit it to another controller of data processing pursuant to art. 20 Reg. 2016/679 (right to data portability).
In addition, I remind you that you also have the RIGHT TO OBJECT, which, pursuant to art.21 Reg. 2016/679 allows you to object to all or part of the processing at any time, providing the reason.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you may also file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
